• Buyer's Agent/Listing Agent
  A real estate agent represents either a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction. Naturally, the real estate agent for the buyer is known as the buyer's agent, but the more ambiguous term is the listing agent, who represents the seller. While using the term "seller's agent" is acceptable, use "listing agent" to be technically correct.

Countertops carry a heavy burden due to exposure to heat, water, sharp knives, and more. Go shopping for countertops, and you may be daunted by the number of choices on the market. There's certainly a lot of material choice based on colors, textures, and patterns. The right type of counter surface for your kitchen or bathroom will depend on your tastes, your needs, habits in the room, the overall style of your home, and your budget. 1. Natural Stone
   Granite is one of the most popular countertop materials. It's available in a variety of shades such as whites, blacks, blues, browns, beiges, and corals, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Granite is available in polished and honed finishes. The cost depends on many variables, including origin, finish, and color of the stone. Natural stone materials are durable, long-lasting, and heat-resistant with no (or low) visible seams.
   
   Other natural stone materials, such as limestone, soapstone, marble are softer and require greater care and delicate use. They may show scars and need repeated sealing to resist stain. Natural stone is the most expensive countertop material.
